Walk With a Doc 
It was a beautiful fall morning for our October Walk With a Doc event! 
Dr. Zachary K. West of the Ohio Institute of Osteopathic Medicine, LLC was joined by several individuals at Schekelhoff Park (Tiffin, Ohio) where he was able to discuss a health topic and walk with attendees. Today’s Walk With a Doc Health Topic focused on walking and mental health. World Mental Health Day is observed annually on October 10th to raise global awareness and mobilize support for mental health issues.
Walk With a Doc events take place on the second Saturday of every month at 9:00 AM and are free and open to all.
