We are excited to share that Dr. Zachary K. West of the Ohio Institute of Osteopathic Medicine, LLC has been invited to serve as Chair of the Osteopathic Integration Task Force committee of the American College of Osteopathic Internists!
Founded in 1923, the American College of Osteopathic Internists (ACOI) is a medical association in the United States representing osteopathic physicians that specialize in internal medicine. The mission of the ACOI is to be “the premier community for osteopathic internists,” and to “provide leadership, networking, and education to help our members be successful and stay true to why they pursued medicine.” The Osteopathic Integration Task Force committee works to foster osteopathic principles and practices in the internal medicine field, with a focus on presenting at the ACOI Annual Convention.
Dr. West is dual board-certified in internal medicine and osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal medicine and is honored to continue to serve the mission and efforts of the American College of Osteopathic Internists.
