Microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a minimally invasive procedure that involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile needles (microneedling the skin).

Microneedling helps to stimulate your skin’s healing process so it produces more collagen and elastin and these proteins keep your skin firm and smooth. Collagen provides strength and structure to the skin while elastin allows it to stretch and bounce back.

At the Ohio Institute of Osteopathic Medicine, LLC we are incredibly excited to announce that we now offer microneedling as part of our aesthetic medicine services!

Microneedling is one of many covered services with a direct primary care membership at the Ohio Institute of Osteopathic Medicine, LLC.
